Because I waited until my 30's to go the dentist on a regular basis, I've spent alot of time at Tusculum Dental. And it's been great! Everyone, from receptionist to dentist makes you feel at home and welcome. I've had everything from cleanings to root canals done. Everyone is very patient and answers any and all questions that you may have. They always make sure that you are comfortable and at ease before any procedure and talk to you as they're working. I would never go anywhere else. If I could give 10 stars I would!
Everyone is exceptionally nice. They go above & beyond making you feel comfortable. They take their time & answer any questions you have.
Very professional, friendly staff. My entire family loves Dr. Shepherd and Dr. Renner. They all do everything they can to make each patient comfortable.
They actually called one day to tell me they were running about 30 minutes behind! That has NEVER happened at any doctor's office.
I also take my 5 year old son there. He had a filling, & I was able to go back & be with him the whole time. They are fantastic with children!
A wonderful dentist office! Best I've had in 52 years no kidding. Dr. Renner has a great 'bedside manner' and really puts one at ease. Even with my tooth implant! My hygenist Ms. Ford also really knows how to help a patient relax while getting her job done. Plenty of breaks offered as needed as well. Even my kids (10 and 12 year olds) enjoy coming here.
Everyone was super nice and friendly. They were very helpful with my questions and they are on top of the insurance. The dentist was great also. He didn't try to talk me into something I didn't want. He was straight forward and the best part was he listened to me. I will definitely have my family go to him and refer my friends also.
